Texas 'Serial Killer' Confesses to Multiple Murders and Could be Linked to More Cold Cases

Raul Meza Jr., a convicted child rapist and murderer, has been arrested in Texas after confessing to multiple murders, including that of his 80-year-old roommate Jesse Fraga and a female in 2019. Meza had been identified as a person of interest in Fraga's death and was seen driving his car. During his arrest, police found bags of zip ties, duct tape, and rounds of ammo. Meza has an extensive rap sheet dating back to 1975 and was released from prison early for "good behavior" before being sent back for violating his parole. Meza has confessed to three murders, including that of an eight-year-old girl in 1982.
