Texas Mom Arrested for Mixing Drink That Sent Son's Bully to Hospital

A Texas mom, Jennifer Lynn Rossi, was arrested for allegedly mixing a drink containing lemon, salt, and vinegar in a sports bottle, which was given to her son to prevent bullies from stealing it at school. A classmate later drank the concoction and was hospitalized, but has since been discharged and is doing well. Rossi, who claimed to be a nurse and knew the mixture was nontoxic, has been charged with injury to a child causing bodily injury and has posted bond. Her son will also face disciplinary actions according to the school's policies.
