A man in Florida, identified as Luis Ruiz-Herrera, has been arrested after a video captured him swinging a machete during a road rage incident. The attack occurred at an intersection in Miami Springs, where Ruiz-Herrera approached a motor scooter rider and swung the machete, making contact with the victim's face. The incident was caught on video by a third-party motorist. Ruiz-Herrera fled the scene but was later located and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
