Teens Wanted in Connection with Downtown Attacks: One in Custody, One at Large

Arrest warrants have been issued for a 16-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy involved in two brutal attacks in downtown Cincinnati, with the girl already in custody and the boy still at large. The assaults involved a group of teens relentlessly attacking a 15-year-old and a man on separate occasions. Mayor Aftab Pureval attributes the issue to teens congregating downtown after school due to changes in the bus pass system, and is working with Metro to address the problem. Police presence in the area has been increased to prevent further attacks.
