Teenager Arrested for Deadly Shooting on Howard University Campus

A 14-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with felony murder in connection with the shooting death of a construction worker from El Salvador on Howard University's campus. The victim, Rafael Adolfo Gomez, was targeted during an attempted robbery near a construction site where he was about to start his shift. The teenager is accused of fatally shooting Gomez, who had moved to the United States to support his family. The case is still under investigation by the Metropolitan Police Department.
