Teenage Driver Arrested for Crashing into Massachusetts State Police Barracks

A 17-year-old girl from Pittsfield, Massachusetts, is facing charges of operating under the influence (OUI) after crashing a Nissan Altima into a Massachusetts State Police barracks in Cheshire. The incident occurred when the teenager went off the road while driving on Route 8. Both the driver and her passenger were taken to the hospital for minor injuries. The driver was later charged with OUI, negligent operation, speeding, and a marked lanes violation. The barracks are currently undergoing repairs, but the building remains operational.
