Teenage Boy Denied Bail for Alleged Rape of Classmate at Westside High School

A 15-year-old boy accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old classmate at Westside High School in Nebraska has been ordered to be held without bail. The boy is being charged as an adult with first-degree sexual assault, while another 15-year-old boy is charged as an accessory. The assault occurred in a school stairwell, and the victim immediately reported it to school officials. The accused boys are currently detained, and the case will proceed in court.
