Teenage Boy Charged as Adult in Fatal Shooting of Homeless Man in Pottstown

A 15-year-old boy in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, has been charged with first-degree murder after fatally shooting a 39-year-old man, whom he claimed had raped his girlfriend. The teenager, armed with his father's gun, confronted the man near the Pottstown Train Station and fired two shots, killing him. The boy was seen loitering in the area earlier in the day and had previously reported the alleged rape to the police. He has been charged as an adult and is being held without bail.
