Teen shot and left by friends in Houston neighborhood.

A 14-year-old boy was shot in the neck while riding in a car with his friends in southeast Houston. The friends abandoned him after the shooting, and the victim was found running down the road by police. He is expected to survive. Police are urging the friends to come forward with information to help identify the shooter.
