Aiden Fucci, who was 14 at the time of the crime, has been sentenced to life in prison for the brutal murder of Tristyn Bailey, 13, in Florida. Bailey was found stabbed and slashed to death on Mother's Day 2021, hours after being reported missing. Fucci, who was a fellow student at Bailey's school, was charged with first-degree murder and pleaded guilty in February 2023. The judge called the crime "heinous, atrocious and cruel." Fucci is not eligible for the death penalty due to being a juvenile, but faces 40 years to life in prison.
