Suzanne Morphew's Husband and Daughters Speak Out on Lawsuit and Presumed Death.

Barry Morphew, who was once charged with his wife's murder, blames his wife Suzanne for making "bad decisions" during chemotherapy for Hodgkin's lymphoma. He denies any involvement in her disappearance and any trouble in their 26-year marriage. Prosecutors dropped the murder charges against him last April, but the case was dismissed without prejudice. Morphew and his family have filed a $15 million federal civil rights lawsuit against prosecutors and local law enforcement, claiming that he was wrongfully arrested for "a crime he did not commit."
