Suspect with outstanding warrants arrested after SWAT standoff in southeast Austin

Austin Police took a man into custody in southeast Austin after he refused to come out of an apartment complex. The man had three felony warrants and had been sought by investigators for two days. SWAT was called in, and nearby apartments were evacuated. No injuries were reported, and Department of Public Safety troopers assisted at the scene.
