Suspect Indicted in 2015 Shooting Death of Massachusetts Mother

Henry Del Rio has been indicted for first-degree murder and other charges in the 2015 shooting death of Ashlee Berryman outside an Everett nightclub. The shooting occurred during an argument in the parking lot, where Del Rio allegedly fired into a crowd, fatally wounding Berryman and injuring others. Del Rio, associated with the East Side Money gang, is currently in federal custody on a separate case and is expected to face charges in Middlesex County.
