Suspect in Ventura County Fatal Crash and Walmart Stabbing Charged with Murder and Wanted for Other Crimes.

Austin Eis, the suspect in a series of violent crimes that led to a fatal crash outside Westlake High School, did not appear in court and postponed arraignment until May 19. Eis is charged with murder, assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, use of pepper spray, false imprisonment, and other charges. He is accused of pepper-spraying and stabbing a Walmart employee, forcing his way into a relative's home, and intentionally plowing into a group of students, killing one and injuring three others. Prosecutors have not yet determined a motive for the alleged crime spree.
