Suspect in Clinton Shootings Killed in Officer-Involved Incident

The suspect in the separate shootings of two individuals in Clinton, Iowa, has been shot and killed by Illinois State Police after a vehicle pursuit. The suspect, Randy Allen Jackson, engaged in a standoff with police and refused to comply before an officer discharged their firearm, striking Jackson. No officials were injured during the incident.
