Suspect Arrested in Connection with Gruesome Torso Discoveries in Los Angeles

A man from Tarzana, Los Angeles, named Samuel Haskell, has been arrested in connection with a dismembered woman's torso found near a dumpster in Encino. Haskell's wife, Mei Haskell, and her parents are missing, and their three children have been taken into custody by the county Department of Children and Family Services. Investigators discovered evidence of a crime, including blood, at the Haskell's Tarzana home. The victim's identity and age have not been determined, and authorities believe the body part had been there for only a couple of days.
