Sugar Land man kills woman, fires at officer, and sets home ablaze.

A man shot and killed his girlfriend in front of a police officer before setting her home on fire in Sugar Land, Texas. The suspect, Alton Sandles, was later found dead inside the home. The victim, Lantonia Faulk, was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. Faulk's 15-year-old son was inside the home at the time of the incident but is safe. The Texas Rangers have taken over the investigation.
