Student arrested in fatal shooting outside Pittsburgh school

A student was arrested in the shooting death of another student outside a special education center in Pittsburgh just before classes were due to start. The victim was found with gunshot wounds in front of the school and later died. The alleged shooter, another student, was seen running from the school with a gun and was taken into custody. No other injuries were reported. The school canceled classes for the day, and buses were rerouted to another school building. The shooting came a little more than a year after another student was gunned down at the same school.
