Store owner defends property, fatally shoots burglar who tunneled through wall.

An Albuquerque store owner shot and killed a man who allegedly dug a tunnel through the wall of his smoke shop. The owner claimed self-defense after the intruder came toward him with a hammer and ax. The store owner had been sleeping in the shop after two previous break-in attempts. Police are investigating the incident as a justifiable homicide.
