Stolen Vehicle Chase Ends in Dramatic Crash on 405 Freeway

A dangerous high-speed pursuit on Southern California freeways ended in a dramatic crash when a suspect, wanted for stealing a vehicle, lost control of his car on the 405 Freeway after hitting multiple vehicles. The pursuit, which reached speeds of 100 miles per hour, resulted in the suspect's vehicle crashing into the sound wall and center dividers before coming to a stop. The suspect, surrounded by police with guns drawn, surrendered and was taken into custody, causing a massive traffic backup on the southbound 405 Freeway.
