Spate of Shootings in Springfield Leaves Multiple Dead and Injured.

A 34-year-old man was shot and killed in Champaign, Illinois on Saturday night. The victim had recently parked his vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment complex when a suspect approached him and fired shots. The victim was hit and ran to a nearby apartment, but later died at a local hospital. Police are investigating the incident and ask anyone with information or video footage to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
