Spate of Shootings in Shreveport Leaves Multiple Injured

At least six people were injured when gunmen jumped out of a car and started shooting at pedestrians on a busy street in Shreveport, Louisiana. One person is reportedly in custody after a possible suspect vehicle was located in North Shreveport after a brief pursuit. Police are investigating to determine if the shooting is related to another incident that left at least seven people injured the night before. The mayor and police chief are contacting outside agencies for help with the probe, including federal and state law enforcement.
