Spate of Shootings in Roanoke Leaves Multiple Injured and Dead

A man died after being shot in an argument on Melrose Avenue in Roanoke. The victim was found lying in the road by patrol officers and was taken to a hospital where he later died. Police do not believe the shooting is connected to another shooting that occurred the same morning. No one has been arrested and anyone with information is asked to contact the Roanoke Police Department.
