Spate of Gunpoint Robberies and Kidnapping Attempts in Memphis

Memphis Police Department is investigating a robbery and an attempted kidnapping that occurred on Mud Island. In both incidents, two male suspects approached female victims. In the robbery, one of the suspects pointed a gun at the victim's head and demanded her phone. In the attempted kidnapping, the suspects tried to grab the victim, but she managed to run away. Witnesses described the suspects as two males driving an older model Honda Accord.
