Spate of Deaths in Oklahoma County Jail Raises Concerns.

A third detainee at the Oklahoma County Detention Center has died since Friday after suffering an injury at the hospital. Amber Owens was awaiting transfer to another facility when she fell and was pronounced dead despite lifesaving efforts. The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's Office will determine the cause of death. Two other detainees died on Friday and Saturday, and investigations are ongoing.
