Shreveport Man's Shooting Sparks Armed Standoff and Hostage Situation

A dispute between neighbors in Shreveport, Louisiana, resulted in two people being shot, including a 13-year-old girl who was held hostage. The suspect barricaded himself in his home and set it on fire, but the girl was rescued before the fire engulfed the house. The initial shooting victims were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
