Shoplifter Attempts to Shoot Ohio Police Officer at Walmart

A shoplifter in Ohio pulled a gun on a police officer inside Walmart but was tackled by a store employee before he could fire. The incident was caught on police body camera, showing the suspect reaching into his pouch and pointing a handgun at the officer, which did not fire. The suspect, Shane Newman, was arrested on multiple charges, including attempted murder and felonious assault, along with a woman charged with complicity to robbery.
