Shooting prompts closure of southbound I-190 lanes in Buffalo

One Buffalo Sewer Authority worker was killed and two others were wounded when someone from another vehicle opened fire on them while they were driving on Interstate-190 in Buffalo. The shooting, which is believed to be an isolated incident, shut down the southbound side of the highway for several hours. No arrests have been made, and the motive for the shooting remains unknown. State police are investigating and have asked for any witnesses or individuals with dashcam footage to come forward.
