Shooting near Lansdowne schools prompts late dismissals and arrests

Lansdowne Middle School and two nearby elementary schools were placed on lockout status after a shooting occurred near the middle school. A male juvenile victim was found with a gunshot wound to the hand and was taken to a local hospital. The victim is not a student of Baltimore County Public Schools.
