Video footage has emerged showing the intentional hit-and-run death of retired police chief Andreas Probst in Las Vegas. The video, which circulated widely on social media, depicts the teenage driver asking if he is ready to hit Probst, while the passenger, who was filming, laughs and encourages the driver. The driver, a 17-year-old whose name was not released, was arrested soon after the incident and is facing upgraded charges of open murder. Probst, who had retired from law enforcement and taken up cycling, was fatally struck while riding his bike. The passenger who filmed the incident has not faced charges.
