Shirtless Man and Dog Lead LAPD on 10-Mile Golf Cart Chase

A shirtless man suspected of being drunk led the LAPD on a 10-mile chase through the streets of California in a stolen golf cart, with a dog in his lap. Despite attempts by officers to apprehend him, the suspect managed to evade capture until he was finally boxed in at a 7-Eleven parking lot. The man was eventually arrested and apologized to his dog, blaming the incident on his alcoholism. The charges he is facing have not been disclosed.
