Former Michigan House Speaker Rick Johnson, along with three others, has been charged and pleaded guilty to federal corruption charges in a bribery scheme involving medical marijuana licenses. According to federal court filings, Johnson received cash payments, private jet travel, and "thousands of dollars worth of commercial sex" with a sex worker as bribes during his time as chair of the Michigan Medical Marihuana Licensing Board.
