"Self-defense or excessive force? Man fatally shoots alleged robbers at South Side ATM"

A man shot and killed two individuals who allegedly attempted to rob him at an ATM in San Antonio. The incident occurred at a Chase bank near SW Military Drive and Interstate 35. The man, who was withdrawing money, perceived the two approaching individuals as potential robbers and shot them in self-defense. The police are currently interviewing the man, but no charges are expected to be filed at this time. The victim and the suspects are believed to be in their 20s.
