Security Guard Charged in Shooting at H-E-B Convenience Store Identified by SAPD

Carlos Molina, a security guard, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after shooting a man at an H-E-B convenience store in San Antonio. The incident occurred when the 40-year-old man created a disturbance in the store and refused to comply with the guards' commands. When the man walked towards Molina, he shot him in the right leg. The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The police will review the security video to determine if any additional charges will be filed.
