Second Suspect Arrested in Deadly Valley Stream Foam Party Shooting

A Far Rockaway man, Isaiah Gonzalez, has been arrested as the second suspect in a shooting at an end-of-summer party in Valley Stream. The shooting resulted in the death of one person and injuries to four others, including a 12-year-old boy. The motive for the shooting is believed to be a gang rivalry, with both Gonzalez and the previously arrested suspect, Kyle Matthews, being known Bloods gang members. The victims had no known gang affiliation and were attending an illegal foam party where alcohol and marijuana were being served to minors. Gonzalez is facing charges of second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
