Second Suspect Arrested in Cleveland's Warehouse District Mass Shooting

A second person, Kevin Raul Del Valle-Salaman, has been arrested in connection to the mass shooting that occurred in Cleveland's Warehouse District on July 9. Del Valle-Salaman is facing nine counts of complicity to commit murder. The first arrest was made on July 11 when Jaylon Jennings was apprehended for the shooting. Cleveland police stated that Jennings retrieved a firearm from his car and intentionally fired shots at the victims. Del Valle-Salaman is currently in custody and will be arraigned on July 17.
