Seat dispute leads to fatal shooting in New Mexico movie theater.

A 52-year-old man was fatally shot in a movie theater in Albuquerque, New Mexico, after an argument over seat reservations escalated. Homicide charges were filed against a 19-year-old who was wounded in the confrontation. Witnesses reported a hurled bucket of popcorn, shoving, and then gunfire. The shooter fled, and a wounded Padilla was found hiding behind a bush outside an emergency exit. A gun was also found outside that was compatible with spent casings from the shooting.
