San Francisco Man, 31, Identified as Driver in Chinese Consulate Vehicle Ramming

A 31-year-old San Francisco man, identified as Zhanyuan Yang, was shot and killed by police after crashing a car into the Chinese consulate. The driver, who was bleeding from the head, exited the vehicle yelling about the Chinese Communist Party.
