San Antonio Police Officer Faces Multiple Suspensions for Misconduct On and Off Duty

A San Antonio Police Department detective investigator, Scott Marshall, has been given a 30-day unpaid suspension for repeatedly punching a female suspect in the face approximately 10 to 11 times with a closed fist while she was on the floor and calling her a b****. The incident occurred during a family disturbance call in December 2022. Marshall was not charged with a crime, but his suspension was related to "discourtesy to the public... in the line of duty."
