Roseville Shooting: Suspect Booked for Hostage Killing.

James MacEgan, an innocent bystander, was shot and killed in a Roseville park during a confrontation between seven CHP officers and a man wanted for questioning in a felony investigation. MacEgan and his wife were active parishioners at two Roseville Catholic churches and were remembered for their strong faith and MacEgan's musical talent. The church community is planning tributes and a candlelight vigil to remember him.
