A juvenile offender was arrested after a stolen vehicle crashed into two other vehicles and overturned on its roof in Rochester, New York. The incident occurred after the Rochester Police Department observed a potential stolen suspect vehicle in the area. The driver of one of the impacted vehicles was taken to the hospital for minor injuries, while the occupants of the other vehicle were unharmed.
