Road rage incident leads to pizza delivery driver being choked out.

A Marcos pizza delivery driver was choked unconscious and thrown to the ground by a man in a cowboy hat after being followed by a white Ford truck to the store on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, Florida. The victim, identified as 22-year-old Dakota Cain Orme, was taken to the hospital and is reported to be in the ICU with a brain bleed and other injuries. The police have arrested 33-year-old Dustin Alexander McDowell, who was allegedly the passenger in the truck seen in the videos, and is facing aggravated battery and tampering with evidence charges. The investigation is ongoing.
