Road closures due to police shooting near Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach.

A police shooting near the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach prompted street closures in the area due to law enforcement activity. The suspect was shot and taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No officers were injured during the incident. Authorities were also investigating two other shootings in the area, one on East Ocean Boulevard and another on Atlantic Avenue, where a man suffering a gunshot wound was taken to the hospital for treatment. LBPD officials believe the three shootings may be related.
