Rising Gun Violence in Philadelphia: Recent Shootings and Calls for Peace

A 17-year-old was found shot and wounded on Drexel University's campus in Philadelphia. The victim was shot four times in the left arm and was transported to Penn Presbyterian Hospital in stable condition.
