"Rebecca Grossman Accused of Jailhouse Misconduct and Jury Tampering"

Prosecutors are seeking to revoke Rebecca Grossman's phone privileges in jail, alleging that she has used them to engage in potentially illegal conduct, including discussing criminal conspiracies and attempting to influence the judge and witnesses following her conviction for second-degree murder and other charges related to a crash that killed two young boys. The prosecution also alleges that the defense is attempting jury tampering and is requesting the court to require Grossman's defense team to turn over all personal identifying information of jurors. Grossman, who faces up to 34 years to life in prison, is set to be sentenced on April 10.
