Rantoul Village Administrator Resigns Following Domestic Battery Arrest.

Rantoul Village Administrator, Scott Eisenhauer, has resigned after being arrested for domestic battery. Eisenhauer was arrested at his home after his wife called 911 and police saw red marks on her face consistent with being battered. Eisenhauer told deputies that he and his wife were both shoving each other and that he tried to stop her from calling police. Rantoul Police have asked the sheriff's office to handle the investigation.
