Rampant Violence Claims Another Life in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine Neighborhood

One person has died after a shooting in Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati. The victim, a 28-year-old man, arrived at Christ Hospital with a gunshot wound and was later pronounced dead.
