Rampant Armed Robberies Plague Southwest Side and University of Chicago

Chicago police are warning the public after a series of six armed robberies occurred within a span of 25 minutes on the city's Southwest Side. The incidents involved four men armed with handguns who approached victims in a silver Infinity and demanded property. The suspects, believed to be between 16 and 18 years old, were described as wearing red hooded sweatshirts, red shorts, black sweatshirts, and gray pants, along with sunglasses and ski masks. Police urge the public to remain vigilant, avoid distractions, and report any information to authorities.
