Rampaging Ambulance Thief Causes Chaos and Collisions

A male driver involved in a multi-vehicle collision in Arlington County, Virginia, stole an ambulance from the scene and led state police on a pursuit into Washington, D.C., where he crashed into another vehicle. The suspect was apprehended, but not before the stolen ambulance struck at least 10 vehicles. The incident is currently under investigation.
