Prosecutors allege Brian Walshe hired investigator to follow wife before murder and suspected affair.

Prosecutors allege that Brian Walshe's mother hired a private investigator to follow his wife Ana Walshe just days before she went missing because he suspected she was having an affair. Brian Walshe was also motivated to claim his wife's more than $2.7 million life insurance policy, for which he was the sole beneficiary. Brian Walshe pled not guilty to charges of murdering his wife, misleading a police investigation/obstruction of justice and improper conveyance of a human body. Ana Walshe's body has not been recovered.
